Before you write
- Drafts sound generic: check that 11_Brand_Voice.md is uploaded to the Project and contains your own samples.
- The assistant forgot the setup: the six brand files are missing from the Project. Re-upload them.
- Upload limit reached: use the lean install order in Start Here.
- Platform looks different from the guide: the platforms move things. The file names and order are what matter.
Include your platform (ChatGPT or Claude), plan, and what you typed. Never send your payment details.
