Privacy policy

Short version: there is no PostLikeYou account and no PostLikeYou server. What you type into the system stays in your ChatGPT or Claude Project. We only see what the payment provider and this website tell us.

What we collect

• When you buy. Your email, name if you gave one, and the order record, held by our payment provider (Beehiiv, with payment processed by Stripe). We use it to deliver the kit, send the receipt, and answer support.
• When you contact us. Whatever you put in the support form or an email.
• When you visit this site. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization records page views and a few button clicks (purchase, sample, badge, platform choice). No analytics runs on the hidden setup page beyond that. [Owner: state whether GA is enabled at launch.]

What we do not collect

Your answers to the setup interview, your writing samples, your brand files, and your drafts. They are created and stored inside your own ChatGPT or Claude account under OpenAI's or Anthropic's privacy terms, which you should read. We never receive them.

Sharing

We share order data only with the providers needed to process payment and deliver the file. We do not sell personal data.

Email

You receive a receipt and the download. We do not add you to a newsletter without asking. If you subscribe to the SideRoad newsletter separately, that list has its own unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Ask us to show or delete what we hold about you at support@sideroad.co. Order records may be kept where accounting rules require it.
