Refund policy

PostLikeYou is a one-time purchase of a downloadable kit. The policy depends on whether the files have been delivered and used.
Within 14 days, not downloaded or installed
If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded the ZIP or installed it in a Project, email us and we will refund you in full.
After downloading or installing
Once the kit has been downloaded or installed, we consider refunds case by case, because the product has been delivered. If the kit does not do what this site says it does, write to us with what happened and we will fix it or refund you.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
Refunded in full. Just tell us.
How to request one
Write to support@sideroad.co from the email you bought with, or use the support form. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Third-party subscriptions
We cannot refund anything you pay OpenAI or Anthropic for ChatGPT or Claude. Those are separate purchases under their own terms.
